Shipping costs and handling
All our shipments are made via Nacex. The shipping is free (domestic), the rest are calculated at the time of completion of the purchase.
For orders delivered outside the EU, the shipping costs are calculated depending on the destination and the volume of the package.

Shipments to Canary Islands, Balearic Islands and Ceuta and Melilla
For shipments to the Canary Islands, Balearic Islands and Ceuta and Melilla, the estimated delivery time can vary between 4 and 10 working days. Please do not forget to include your ID card number in the “notes/observations” section when making the purchase in order to speed up the delivery.
Customs duties are to be borne by the consignee. These charges are NOT included in the product price or shipping costs. In the event of a package being refused by the recipient, the return and customs fee will be deducted from the total amount to be refunded.
Each country has its own customs tariffs, which will be accepted by the recipient. These conditions are accepted within the completion of the purchase.
From the moment you receive your order you have a period of 48 hours (2 calendar days) to try it on and, if you are not satisfied, you must send an email stating your intention to return it.
The return deadline is 7 calendar days upon arrival of the package until we receive it.
If you wish to exchange a garment for a different size or garment, please indicate it in the return email and we will send you the new garment instead of making a4 refund (the shipping costs will be paid by the buyer).
Please note that the shipping costs are not refundable under any circumstances.
What if I want to return my order?
The first thing is to get in contact with us. Our email address is email@example.com, which is at your disposal 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. In your mail you must indicate your name, surname and details of the garment you wish to return.
To return a garment you must send it back to us in the same package, as well as pay the shipping costs yourself, to the following address:

We recommend that you keep the shipping invoice.
The costs of return and customs as well as local taxes will be borne by the customer.
What is the shipping cost if I want to make a return?
Approximately (depending on the shipping agency you choose) between 5 to 7€ from
anywhere inside the Peninsula, 10€ from the Balearic Islands and 12€ from the Canary Islands.
*The transportation costs do not include customs and tax payments or clearance costs, except for the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla.
How and when will I receive my refund?
Once the return is approved, you will receive the amount the same way your purchase was made or the garment you exchanged it for, except for the shipping costs. The money will be returned within 15 working days.
Ópalo reserves the right to refuse returns notified or sent after the specified deadline, or garments that are not in the same condition in which they were received. In this case, the garments will be sent back to the addressee freight collect and with no refund.
How do I return my package?
For the return to be made, the garment must be in perfect condition, with the label on and in its original package. In addition, the item must be wrapped to avoid damage and shipped in its original package.
Return of faulty or damaged items
In Ópalo we make sure that all the garments we sell and send are in perfect condition. If, exceptionally, you have received a faulty or damaged garment, please contact us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org attaching an image that shows the defect.
Please note that after the first 24 hours upon receival of the order no claim for faulty or damaged items will be accepted and the item may be refused for return.
